This Developing Knowledge Communities Community Strategy is based on a 25-year shared vision of the future which all key partners have agreed to deliver. 

The Strategy puts forward the best way to improve quality of life in the District and and ensures that all the key organisations are working towards one common goal.  

The Community Strategy is a process that aims to secure the future well-being of people who live and work in this area.

Developing Knowledge Communities is the revised Fast Forward Community Strategy which was published in 2003. This revised strategy reflects progress since 2003 and looks at what we need to do next.
